Everything was amazing, clean, kitchen well stocked towels and patio furniture. Great location and easy access
The only complaint I have was the mattress was SO stiff and the pillows as well were way too stiff, it was hard to get comfortable sleeping here for 4 nights

Collecting keys and parking the car on arrival was a bit confusing as the property is large. The property manager was available to assist. A map of the property and location of underground parking stalls may be helpful.

The property and its location are good.
The place is a bit 'soulless ', missing that 'homey' feeling, perhaps because it is relatively new. It could've been stocked better, too. But the most frustrating was the property manager, who wasn't responsive before booking and left many of my questions unanswered. Then I recived a message from her that the reservation was cancelled right before our trip, then another message that it was fine. I was also charged a pet fee, even though we didn't have any pets with us whatsoever, and it's been a month since we got back and two long phone calls with Booking and several email/text messages with the property manager back and forth later; still no refund.
