The house is perfectly renovated with attention for detail. It is located in nice closed community. The small stair next to the house brings you to the street direction to the beach. So in 5 minutes walk you are there. Easy communication on whatsapp with the host Alessandro. Thanks again for the good tips.

The house is located in a picturesque, quiet area, close to several restaurants, bars, and a shop. An uncrowded beach is nearby, and a few more a little further. There are two nice beach bars and a restaurant right at the beach entrance. The renovated house is very clean and comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the washing machine is available. The bathrooms are clean and new. There is a charming terrace. It's a lovely place to relax. The owner was very helpful and friendly.
There's a brick grill, but it doesn't have a grate. It's worth purchasing one, and then it would be usable.

L’accoglienza della Signora Marinella è fantastica!
Il silenzio e la macchia mediterranea che avvolgono la villa.
Le camere fresche di notte sono eccezzionali!
