We liked the room that we've got and the staff was okay.
We didn't like the extremely noisy street that is right under the windows, and Maravia hotel is actually in one old run-down building.
It's not a typical hotel building.

We came to Cairo as a couple and wanted a calm place to rest. Maravia Cairo Hotel was perfect.
When we arrived, Nada and Marwan met us with big smiles. They were kind and helped us with everything. We felt welcome right away. Thank you both!
The hotel is close to Tahrir Square, so we could see the center of Cairo easily. For dinner, we walked to Koshary Abou Tarek, the famous koshary place near the hotel. The food was hot and tasty, and we enjoyed every bite.
After a long day, we came back to a quiet, comfortable room and slept well.

Tout d’abord, le petit déjeuner, excellent et varié chaque jour, a été un vrai plaisir. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié que le personnel mette à notre disposition un sèche-cheveux et un fer à repasser : de petites attentions très appréciables pendant les vacances !
La chambre ne correspondait pas tout à fait aux photos, même si elle restait confortable. La fenêtre de ma chambre ne fermait pas correctement, ce qui m’a parfois gêné à cause du bruit.
