Breakfast had a massive and delicious spread of food to suite all tastes.
Staff were excellent and really looked that they enjoyed being there to assist you.
Most definitely a winner. A superb hotel in an excellent and safe location.

The hotel management provided me with free upgrade. My flight was got delayed and the hotel granted me extended check out time without any charges upon my request.

Location and view right in front of the Nile River, great area to walk around and it’s 5 minutes from the city center even by walking.
It happened that we were assigned a different room from the one booked, I reserved one with a large bed for a couple and got one with 2 separate beds, they said it was an upgrade to a higher floor because they didn’t have any room with a large bed for 2 in a higher floor, we accepted because honestly me and my wife could fit in a single bed anyway, but it is worth noting that this impacts a bit the experience on the hotel. I didn’t try the rooftop or the breakfast so I cannot review that.
