A Fresh new hotel in town. Very spacious, clean rooms and friendly staff.
Stayed 2 nights and wanted to stay longer!
The area has alot of local known eatries, and its so hard to decide which to have!

Harris Hotel should Really Appreciate And Preserve This 3 Person..i came in late for Business Purpose And Needed Room Urgently..They Assist Me With Full Etiquette And Their Welcoming Attitude Really Make My Stress Lost.... I'm Also A Hotelier for 20 Years And Been Serving Most Of The Hotel's in Penang Under The Name 'JAY ISMAIL'... I'VE APPRAISE STAFF'S AND THEY ARE THE BEST FROM MY PERCEPTION 💯..HARRIS HOTEL MUST TAKE CARE OF THESE GEM'S 🫴🌹❤️🇮🇹

Mall before the hotel
The foodhall of the mall has wide variety of food.
Staffs are friendly, rooms are clean.
Parking was tough on peak hours especially because we park same level with the mall customers.
Gym was spooky, extremely cold, air cond cannot be adjusted.
The rooms don't look classy, looks like an ordinary room for the price paid.
Air cond is centralized. Its cold even when we switch off.
Mattress too soft and bouncy. Not suitable for elderly people.
Bathroom doors wrongly placed.
Food served at hotel bistro was bad. The chicken parmigiana was too hard.
