The kitchen is equipped with luxurious SMEG appliances for your comfort during the stay. This Tuscan kitchen comes with a SMEG stove/oven, SMEG electric kettle, SMEG dishwasher, large SMEG refrigerator, SMEG toaster, Bialetti Moka pot and a microwave.
When you arrive, everything will be ready to welcome you in the best conditions with crisp white bed linens and towels. Our villa is strictly non-smoking. Failure to comply with this essential rule will result in a post-stay cleaning charge of half your deposit.

The property is close to town center with restaurants and grocery stores available within walking distance.
You can have breakfast at the local bakery, aperitivo at the local bar, dinner at the town center or an artisanal Italian gelato. We offer free parking right in front of the apartment for your convenience. The residence is equipped with cameras outside the home for your safety.

The house is self-checked in with a key box and security code provided at the time of booking.
The property manager is available 24 hours a day by phone for any needs.
In the house, you'll find all the information you need to ensure proper management and enjoy your holiday to the fullest.
