Just an 8-minute walk from the iconic Teatro del Silenzio, you’ll be perfectly positioned to experience Andrea Bocelli’s world-famous open-air concert under the Tuscan stars. The kitchen is equipped with luxurious SMEG appliances to ensure your comfort during your stay. This Tuscan kitchen features a SMEG stove/oven, SMEG electric kettle, SMEG dishwasher, large SMEG refrigerator, SMEG toaster, Bialetti Moka pot, and a microwave.
When you arrive, everything will be ready to welcome you in the best possible conditions, with crisp white bed linens and towels. Our villa is strictly non-smoking. Failure to comply with this essential rule will result in a post-stay cleaning fee equal to half your deposit.

The property is close to the town center, with restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance.
You can enjoy breakfast at the local bakery, an aperitif at the local bar, dinner in the town center, or some artisanal Italian gelato. We offer free parking right in front of the apartment for your convenience. The residence is equipped with security cameras outside the home for your safety.

Check-in is self-service via a key box and security code provided at the time of booking.
The property manager is available 24 hours a day by phone for any needs.
