Located in South Eugene’s walkable College Hill area, you’re just minutes from the University of Oregon, Autzen Stadium, local boutiques, neighborhood cafés, breweries, and some of Eugene’s favorite outdoor spaces.
Inside, the suite comfortably sleeps up to six guests with a king bed, queen bed, and queen sleeper sofa. The king and queen bed share a spacious room with a divider — making it ideal for couples, small families, friends, or game-day groups. Enjoy luxury linens, a fully stocked kitchen, a coffee bar with both drip coffee and Nespresso, and a cozy living area with an electric fireplace and smart TV.
Outside, your private patio creates a true hidden retreat, complete with a grill, fire table, extra seating, and the relaxing sound of a mini waterfall—perfect after a day exploring Eugene. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. During this time, no outdoor music, loud conversations or other noise audible from neighboring properties is permitted. Please be respectful of our neighbors at all times.
