Close to airport. Easy to find and easy access from highway. Comfortable bed. Good shower.
No place to hang my clothes for the next day.

I was looking for a place close to the airport for a late arrival. It was convenient and reasonably close. Check-in was easy.
The inn had a lot of vacant rooms. They gave us one near the road rather than away from the road, and it was very noisy till well after midnight with people yelling and playing loud music nearby. I should have asked for a quiet room, and given the location they should have given me one without asking. Mistakes on both sides of the coin.

Location to airport.
Policies not clear and I had to accept a financial parking charge that I had previously enquired about and tried to avoid with due diligence. It appeared to be a rapid decision by owner/manager even though I had emails which did not support sudden extra charge. At very least, better communication with clear terms before a guest arrives would be helpful.
