A proposito di questa appartamento struttura in affitto
Perched on the top floor of a secure residence, Atea Pearl invites you to enjoy a comfortable stay in Tahiti, in a practical, peaceful and bright setting, with an open view towards the Diadème.
Ideally located just moments from the hospital, this fully air-conditioned one-bedroom apartment is perfectly suited for a business trip, a medical stay, a couple’s getaway or a few days exploring Tahiti.
As soon as you step inside, the apartment reveals a simple, pleasant and functional atmosphere. The bright living room features a comfortable lounge area, a television, a dining space and direct access to the terrace. The large openings naturally extend the indoor space outdoors, creating a very pleasant sense of openness.
The equipped kitchen allows you to easily prepare your meals during your stay, with all the essential amenities available: refrigerator, stovetop, storage space, tableware, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, dishwasher and washing machine.
The bedroom, also air-conditioned, offers a calm and restful sleeping area, with a large bed, carefully prepared linen and a soothing atmosphere after a day in Papeete or exploring the island.
The bathroom is practical and modern, with a shower, vanity unit, hairdryer and everything you need for a comfortable stay.
The true highlight of the apartment is its terrace: set high above the city, it offers an open view towards the Diadème and becomes a living space in its own right. You can enjoy your morning coffee, read in the shade of the retractable awning, relax on the sun lounger or simply take in the gentle Tahitian atmosphere at the end of the day.
For your comfort, the apartment also includes a private underground parking space, a real advantage in Pirae, as well as secure access to the residence.
Atea Pearl is an ideal apartment for guests looking for a well-located, comfortable, air-conditioned, secure and easy-to-live-in property, with a beautiful terrace and a peaceful view of Tahiti’s mountain landscape.
