digitales einchecken/auschecken/digitaler Schlüssel hat nur nach telefonischer Rücksprache geklappt. Die Eingangstüre zum Haus war am nächsten Morgen geschlossen und mit dem Zimmerschlüssel nicht mehr zu öffnen was erneut eine telefonische Rücksprache verlangte. Unsere E-Bikes konnten wir zum Glück in unser Zimmer nehmen (da wir zum Glück "Parterre" gebucht haben. Leider bestand keine Möglichkeit für einen Veloraum oder Garage für die E-Bikes. In der Nacht Belästigung durch telefonierende und rauchende Personen im Eingangsbereich. Sehr störend!!

It was clean, handy and a simple check in process. The price was quite good

Before we say anything else, the bedside lamp had not been checked for a light bulb and this could be lethal for a small child! At 5am we left and the lighting was quite poor outside the room. I fell over on the step leaving the room. Close to the train station and on the Zurich Airport flight path, not so much a problem for us but some people would find this very annoying. We were left with a note on the car windscreen telling us it was private parking. The signage needed to be clearer as it was confusing right in front of the hotel. The humidity was horrendous and the small ceiling fan only worked when the light was off. We eventually slept having the low level balcony doors open. The downside having to leave at 5am to drive home to the UK.
