Местоположение отличное. Номер с кондиционером отличный. Озеро красоты - супер. Персонал старается - но напрягается не сильно :)

Чистота - многие вещи почему то не протираются. Например столик на терассе был грязный как будто его не мыли несколько лет. Заселение в 15 - обязательный отъезд в 9. Это как то ну уж совсем нехорошо. Минимум 3-4 часа отдыха воруют. Цена! Цена конечно неадекватно завышена по сравнению с отелями на берегу. Плюс еще стоимость трансфера на лодке. Ресторан. Завтраки - хуже не бывает. И это при таком ценнике за номер. Что приготовят и принесут на заказ тут не угадаешь - суп может быть кастрюлища на двоих, а может быть маленькая пиалка на 100-150г. Из того что заказываешь примерно треть ошибались и приносили что то близкое но другое. В общем ресторан на троечку с минусами - но куда ты с подводной лодки денешься? Оценил в 8 т.к. нам дали номер с кондиционером вместо обычного. Иначе поставил бы 7. Еще перед номером в воде железки - балки скрепляющие домики. Вот с детьми был бы очень осторожен, если прыгнут в воду не видя их - могут быть серьезные травмы.

Kayaks are free to use with a 200 THB deposit per kayak and/or paddle. This is a magical area that shows what a wonderful job the Thai government has done in preserving nature and wildlife. It's very quiet and ideal for those who simply want to kayak, swim, relax, take a boat trip for trekking or cave visits, or head out by boat to watch the sunrise or sunset. I read a lot of bad reviews about the food, but overall, I think it's really fine. I also read a lot of bad reviews about their English level, but the staff speak good enough English and are very kind and attentive. You do need to go there with a certain mindset — it's not a highly luxurious resort. But the view, the location, and everything around it make it one of the best places I've ever traveled to in my life.

The only small area for improvement I'd suggest is being upfront about the boat fee. I was a bit surprised that it was 1,500 THB per person for a round trip. I live in Phuket, and boat fees there — especially for locals and expats — are much lower than this price, especially considering the distance. But once I was on the lake, I completely understood the price — it was worth every penny. They should also clearly state what's included and what isn't, along with a rough price range, so people don't get any surprises during booking.
