The location is superb coupled with very attentive host , Mr. shahruz who really made my stay wonderful. He even helped me to the extend booked yandex to the bus station and paid for it . There can’t be any more attentive host than Mr. Shahruz. I will definately recommend this property 100%. Big enough for 2 of us with complete cutlineries.

The location is simply the BEST, just across the street from Registan Square! The apartment is also very comfortable and modern inside, with everthing you need for a comfortable stay! Also the owner, Shaxruz is very friendly and helpful, he even was so nice to book a train ticket for me from Tashkent to Samarkand and let me pay upon arrival! I definatelly refommend this apartament for anyone looking for a good location and a nice stay in Samarkand!

The building from outside the back entrance doesn’t look so good, but dont let that impress you in a negative way, cause the apartament is very nice and modern from inside and location is prime spot!

Чудесное место! каменное домостроение, отдельная квартира, большая, две комнаты, постирочная, большой санузел, кухня - сам себе хозяин. После 3х гостевых домов с минимальной шумоизоляцией и минимальными удобствами, мне даже показалось, что я в раю)) Видео как добраться и код от замка, хозяин аппартов отправил заранее, был всегда на связи, доброжелателен. Хотя что там добираться, прямо через дорогу площадь Регистан, заблудится не реально. В квартире заботливо нас ждали две бутылочки воды, так как мы приехали ночью и это было очень кстати. Капсулы для стирки тоже были в наличии, оплачивать дополнительно ничего не нужно ( в отличии от гостевых домов). Все очень чисто, постельное белье безупречно, везде и все вкусно пахнет чистотой и порядком. Никаких странных звуков от странно "поющих" голубей человеческим голосом не слышно, что уже огромный жирный плюс. Все было привычно, все как дома! Желаю процветания вашему бизнесу, спасибо за то, что вы есть! однозначно рекомендую. Даже немного жалею, что из 4х ночей в Самарканде провела здесь всего две.

Great apartment right across the street from the Registan square. The host is very helpful and understanding. They helped us with the payment options. The apartment is very clean and recently renovated. Beds are comfortable.

This has nothing to do with the host but there is a restaurant with live music nearby. That goes on until late into the night. Light sleepers may find it difficult to sleep.
