Escape to the rolling landscapes of the Overijssel countryside in this whimsical, farm-themed wellness retreat tucked away in the scenic village of Zuna. Ideal for families, this unique property seamlessly blends playful, imaginative spaces for children with direct access to a tranquil pasture. Situated on a sweeping, car-free plot where friendly farm animals wander up to say hello—ponies in the winter and sheep in the summer—the outdoor area boasts a spacious private garden, a furnished terrace with a sun umbrella, two lounging deck chairs, an outdoor sauna, and a warm bubble tub kept at a soothing 38 degrees.

The accessible, child-friendly layout prioritizes safety and family comfort. Inside, the playful countryside theme comes alive across a cheerful living area outfitted with a large Smart TV and central heating, which flows into a fully equipped kitchen complete with a cooking hob, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, Nespresso machine, and special children's crockery. Sleeping arrangements include three distinct spaces: a restful parents' oasis featuring premium box-spring bedding and two charming kids' rooms fitted with imaginative, treehouse-style themed beds, serviced by a bathroom with a shower and washbasin, along with a separate toilet.

Step outside to discover a vibrant children's play area positioned right before the cottage, allowing for effortless supervision from the deck or the option to book a preferred location facing the playground. Your pastoral getaway is entirely hassle-free thanks to an in-unit washing machine for messy outdoor clothes, along with modern conveniences like high-speed Wi-Fi and fresh bed linens. The property maintains a strictly smoke-free and pet-free environment to ensure ultimate cleanliness for the little ones.
