The apartment is located in an elegant residential building in central Florence, just steps from the T2 tram line. The Marmora stop is directly outside the building, providing quick access to Florence Airport, Santa Maria Novella train station, and all the main attractions of the historic center.
Guests will enjoy a comfortable private room in a spacious and well-maintained apartment. The bathroom is shared with guests from another room and is fully stocked with towels, shampoo, shower gel, a hairdryer, and other daily essentials.
The apartment offers air conditioning during summer, heating during winter, a fully equipped shared kitchen, and two elevators in the building for maximum convenience.
We are a friendly family living in the apartment and are always happy to help guests with local recommendations and travel tips. We also share our home with a gentle and well-behaved German Shepherd, so guests should be comfortable around dogs.
