Welcome to Coastal Treehouse, a peaceful Aptos retreat perched on the bluff where ocean views, coastal breezes, and towering trees create the perfect setting for a relaxing getaway. With its unique reverse floor plan and multiple outdoor living spaces, this 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath home offers a private escape that feels worlds away while keeping you close to everything Aptos has to offer.

The Space:

As you enter the home, you'll find the bedrooms tucked away on the lower level, creating a quiet and comfortable retreat for rest and relaxation. The spacious primary suite features large picture windows that bring the outdoors in, offering beautiful views of the surrounding trees and a private ensuite bathroom. A second bedroom includes a queen bed, while the third bedroom features two twin beds, making this home ideal for families or small groups.

Upstairs, the home opens into a bright and inviting living space designed to maximize the views. The open-concept living room, dining room, and kitchen feature large windows and easy access to a balcony overlooking both the mountains and the Pacific Ocean. Whether you're preparing meals, sharing dinner with family, or simply relaxing with a good book, the views are never far away.

The crown jewel of the property is the rooftop deck, where you'll find lounge chairs and outdoor dining seating perfectly positioned to take in sweeping views of the coastline and surrounding hillsides. Start your morning with coffee above the treetops, enjoy an afternoon in the sun, or gather for dinner while watching the sky transform at sunset.

Located just a 15-minute walk (or 2-minute drive) to the beach, Coastal Treehouse offers easy access to the sand while maintaining a peaceful, elevated setting. You're also minutes from local restaurants, cafés, bakeries, and sweet treats that make Aptos one of Santa Cruz County's most beloved coastal communities.

Whether you're spending your days at the beach, exploring nearby trails, or simply soaking in the views from the rooftop deck, Coastal Treehouse delivers a memorable blend of comfort, privacy, and coastal beauty.
