Kaya by LovelyStay is a brand-new, cozy one-bedroom house located in Canhas, a peaceful and sunny area of Ponta do Sol—one of the most desirable regions in Madeira.

The swimming pool & barbecue is shared only with the owner of the neighboring property, and only during his stays in Madeira. At all other times, it is exclusively available for Kaya guests to enjoy in complete privacy.

Thoughtfully designed with a modern aesthetic, the property features bright interiors, clean lines, and a warm, inviting atmosphere. Large openings connect the indoor spaces with the outdoor areas, allowing natural light to flow throughout the home and creating a relaxing environment perfect for unwinding.

Guests can enjoy access to a swimming pool and barbecue area, shared only with the owner of the neighboring house. When the owner is not in Madeira, these amenities become exclusively available for Kaya guests, offering an even more private experience.

The house includes air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, and a comfortable living area, making it ideal for both short and longer stays. Outside, there is a private parking space dedicated to the unit, ensuring convenience and ease of access.

The location is a true highlight. A supermarket is just a 2-minute drive away or less than a 10-minute walk, making daily essentials easily accessible. At the same time, you are surrounded by the tranquility of Canhas, while being only a short drive from the coastline, restaurants, and the vibrant center of Ponta do Sol.

Kaya is the perfect choice for couples or solo travelers looking for comfort, privacy, and a genuine Madeira experience in a calm and sunny setting.
