A proposito di questa appartamento struttura in affitto
Summary:
The Polynesian Resort Condominiums is a shared complex of 69 condos. Prior to 2026, the location operated as the Polynesian Resort Hotel, but it transitioned to being individually rented vacation condos as of April 1st, 2026. Even though all condos are in the Polynesian Rentals program, they are each a unique property with a different owner and listing.
The Space:
Welcome to Unit 121, a.k.a. "Mariana Grande". This cozy one-bedroom unit sleeps up to six guests with two queen beds in the bedroom, along with a sleeper sofa in the living room. The ground-floor suite features a spacious kitchen with a dishwasher, stove and oven, microwave, fridge, coffee pot and included coffee. There's also a dining room table where you can sit and enjoy your meals or challenge your friends and family to game night.
Step out onto the patio and unwind in the chairs taking in the fresh ocean breeze. If it's cold and rainy, stay cozy inside watching your favorite shows and movies.
Please note: This unit is not pet-friendly.
As a guest of Polynesian Rentals, you'll get access to the communal pool room with heated pool and hot tub, the Game Room on the 2nd floor with a rentable pool table and real arcade games, and an outdoor recreation area with a swing set, horse shoe pits, tetherball pole, and a picnic area with BBQs. The Polynesian Resort is also within easy walking and driving distance of our favorite Ocean Shores' breakfast, Our Place, and the beach!
The Neighborhood:
121 Mariana Grande
Interaction with Guests:
We leave you free to enjoy your stay! It is self check-in and checkout. However, the front desk is staffed by our team from 10 AM to 7 PM daily and we employe some on-site maintenance and housekeeping during the day – please don't hesitate to reach out if you need anything. For urgent concerns after 7 PM, we employ an after hours phone service. They are trained to help with common questions and can contact staff if in-person assistance is needed. We do our best to make sure you have the freedom to enjoy the space on your own, but we have support available if you need it.
