Discover the perfect home base for a 30-day coastal getaway. Test the waters for retirement or wind down with a monthly long coastal reprieve. This beautifully crafted, newly built 1-bedroom, 1-bath cottage offers a clean, comfortable, and safe haven just a block and a half away from iconic Haystack Rock, scenic hiking trails, and charming local shops. Ideal for couples or solo travelers, this fully furnished abode blends modern convenience with classic coastal charm—perfect for a quiet winter escape, an extended vacation, or a true home-away-from-home experience.
We specialize in welcoming long-term guests for 30- to 90-day stays, offering the perfect opportunity to truly immerse yourself in the sweet life on the Oregon Coast.
Thoughtful Comforts & High-End Amenities
Every detail of this cottage has been curated to make your extended stay effortless and relaxing:
Premium Sleeping: Rest deeply on a luxury Saatva king-size mattress.
Generous Storage: Enjoy ample closet space with built-in cubicles,
Sand-Free Living: To keep the beach outside and ensure walking barefoot is a daily luxury, the cottage features a smart Roborock robotic vacuum/mop—just power up and let it do the work. Traditional cleaning supplies, including a standard vacuum and mop, are also provided.
Full Laundry & Pantry: In-unit laundry facilities and dedicated pantry space make daily living seamless.
A Seamless Arrival
To help you settle in before your first grocery trip, we provide essentials, including toilet paper, paper towels, soaps, shampoo, conditioner, and laundry detergent.
Note on the Space: Because this is also my personal home when I travel, I keep some of my own belongings neatly stored in a portion of the closet and pantry. However, there is ample, exclusive space entirely for your use. Please feel free to help yourself to any pantry and refrigerated staples or spices you might need for your recipes.
If winter rejuvenating, please note coastal weather is windy and rainy, lovely book reading weather. There are flashlights and plenty of books to enjoy if power goes out. That is truly being part of the fronts of coastal living.
