The Ottavo Colle Suite was born from the experience and passion for hospitality of its owners, who are already active in the tourism sector with “Alghero in Bicicletta,” a B&B located in the beautiful city of Alghero.

The apartment is located within an elegant complex surrounded by greenery, characterized by a peaceful and private atmosphere. Its location on the slopes of Colle Salario allows you to experience Rome in a relaxing setting, just a short distance from Villa Salaria—the city’s true green lung—and the charming Coppedè neighborhood, known for its Art Nouveau architecture. The area is also strategically located between Via Salaria and Via Nomentana.

The property is rounded out by a dedicated study area, furnished with a desk, bookshelf, closet, and a comfortable sofa—ideal for working in peace or enjoying moments of relaxation. The space can also accommodate a crib for children or a designated area for pets, in accordance with the house rules.

The living room, approximately 33 square meters, is the heart of the home: a spacious and bright room, featuring a double sofa bed. Both the living room and the bedrooms feature spacious, livable balconies equipped with awnings and overlooking the greenery of the condominium park—perfect for enjoying moments of relaxation outdoors.
