The Neighborhood:

The Winter Residence building was built right on the Motława River in Stare Przedmieście, just a few hundred meters south of the icon of Gdańsk - the famous Crane. The building's brick facades and high gables refer to the city's port tradition. The architecture of the building brings to mind the complexes of tenement houses typical of the Hanseatic city. The building is reflected in the waters of the Motława River, from which it is separated only by a green belt. There are numerous museums, art galleries, theaters, churches, marinas, restaurants and beauty salons in the area. There are bus and tram stops 300 meters away, and Długi Targ can be reached on foot in just 9 minutes.
