Despite its small size, the apartment has 52m2, it will meet the requirements of the most demanding. It is comfortably furnished, and the layout of the apartment makes everything in its place. Two bedrooms, a very pleasant living room, a kitchenette and a bathroom with a bathtub. Additional space is a balcony - perfect for morning coffee or evening drink.
The Space:
Downtown Apartments is a perfect combination of the highest hotel class with the functionality of your own apartment. Pleasant, snow-white bedding and a set of two pillows for each guest are standard. In addition, a mandatory set of cosmetics consisting of shampoo, well-smelling gel, hair conditioner and body lotion. The stay of our guests is also made more pleasant by a welcome set in the form of a package of teas, coffee and basic spices.

The apartment is a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. Although the area around the apartment is just beginning its revitalization period, nevertheless, on the way to the Old Town, you will be constantly accompanied by the view of the river, yacht marina or tenement houses of the Old Town.
