The Space:
A comfortable bed and a capacious wardrobe in a separate bedroom area, a sofa bed with a sleeping function and a TV in the living area, a fully equipped kitchenette. Of course, there was also a bathroom with a shower. Additional space is provided by a pleasantly arranged balcony - a perfect place for a morning coffee or an evening drink.

The apartment comes with a parking space in the underground garage.

The apartment is a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. Although the area around the apartment is just beginning its revitalization period, nevertheless, on the way to the Old Town, you will be constantly accompanied by the view of the river, yacht marina or tenement houses of the Old Town.
The great advantage of the apartment building, apart from the location and pleasant appearance, is the common area of the building - consisting of a children's playroom and a gym. The use of the zone is included in the price of the apartment
