The lockbox was easy to find and the instructions were emailed to me, it was all very straightforward and efficient.
The apartment was exactly as advertised with great views from the balcony.
It was also very quiet, with very little noise disturbance and five adults slept comfortably there, with the sofa beds in particular being very popular.
There were some issues with the lift. The apartment is in a large block with sixteen floors and only one small elevator which gets very busy. We were on the 11th floor and the wait for the lift was quite long at certain times.
The only other thing, and this wasn't the fault of the host. The apartment is about a 10-15 minute walk from the centre of town. My wife has some minor mobility issues which meant we ended up using Uber quite a bit to get to and from the accommodation. Just something to be aware of if you have any walking difficulties.

We had a fantastic stay at this property and would happily book again. The accommodation was spotless, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The host was friendly, responsive, and made the whole experience smooth from check-in to check-out. Everything was exactly as described, and it was clear that a lot of care had gone into making guests feel welcome. Overall, it was excellent value for money, and I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

Genuinely one of the nicest places I’ve stayed at Leeds clean and looks like the photos. Was close to the city centre only took me a couple mines. Area is nice and close to the train station would book again when in Leeds for work !
