Location was excellent for my needs. Privacy, quiet, comfortable. Bed was comfortable, lovely private ensuite. Busy family settled in early evenings so did not interrupt my sleep.
Parking mix up a couple of times but owner very responsive to my needs. This could have been prevented with a little advance communication with other guests.

The house is nice, the location is peaceful, and the beds were super comfy.
The doors can't be locked from the outside which means anyone can go into your room when you aren't there. It also means that if you're there with someone and the other person is asleep you have to wake them up if you leave so that they can lock the door. This is a massive issue!
I was told there was free coffee however it was all decaf.
The owners have lots of young children who live at the house which means lots of noise.
The bath tub drain lock was broken so only showers were possible, no baths. The shower curtains were also kind of dirty.
