The apartment has a great location, very close to the subway, with plenty of restaurants and everything you need nearby. The area felt safe, and having a kitchen in the apartment was very convenient. The host was also very responsive and helpful.

The main downside is that the apartment is on the first floor, so it can be quite noisy from the street, especially at night. We also noticed a few cockroaches during our stay. There was sometimes a lot of trash left on the street, and we saw some rats outside. However, this is Manhattan, so some level of street noise and urban issues is probably to be expected.

Excellent location with easy access to the subway, Central Park, Times Square, Downtown Manhattan, and LaGuardia Airport. The apartment is spacious, with two comfortable bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living room, good air conditioning, and reliable Wi-Fi. The self check-in process was simple, and Dan was exceptional. After our Southwest flight was canceled, he stayed in touch with us, accommodated our late arrival, and made sure we could access the apartment without any issues. His communication and support were outstanding throughout our stay.

Nothing. Everything met our expectations, and the host was always available to help us.
