Tolle Lage. Resturants und Bars direkt um die Ecke. Trotzdem sehr ruhig gelegen. Die Wohnung war super ausgestattet mit kleinem süßen Balkon. Super bequeme Betten und Kissen. Leichter Self-Checkin. Alles in allem Klasse.

Die Lage zentral in der Altstadt ist sehr gut sicher. Schmutzige Strasse, eben Sizilien. Gute leise Klimaanlage. Es gab immer warmes Wasser. Gutes bequemes Bett. Renoviertes Zimmer.

Die sehr steile Treppe in das 3.OG wurde nicht erwähnt. Für ältere Menschen unmöglich. Ein Fahrstuhl ist in Bau, dadurch Baulärm. Eine Wohnung schräg gegenüber wird Kernsaniert= noch lange Baulärm. Im Badezimmer kein Vorhang, dadurch kann der Nachbar von gegenüber beim Duschen dabei sein = keine Privatsphäre. Die Wände sehr dünn, man hört den Athem des Nachbarn und dessen Liebesleben. Kein Esstisch wie beschrieben vorhanden. Keine Mülltonne in der Küche nur im Bad eine Minitonne für Damenbinden. Kein Schwamm in der Küche, Keine Kaffeebrcher (nur mini Esspressotassen), kein Wasserkocher, keine Möglichkeit Tee zu machen. Kein Flaschenöffner. Es fehlt an Grundsätzlichem. Die Wohnung besteht aus einem Schlafzimmer und einem Bad mit WC und Dusche, dazwischen ein Flur mit Koch und Waschniesche. Die Zimmertür kann nur zugezogen werden, nicht abgeschlossen werden.

Good location and a clean room. The booking was quick and hassle-free, which was convenient as I made it at the last minute. Overall, a pleasant stay.

The balcony view was not very appealing. Also, the bathroom window had no curtain or blind, and it faced the neighbouring balcony, which made it feel a little uncomfortable.

The location is really great for exploring Palermo. You can reach almost everything very easily on foot, and I also felt comfortable and safe in the area as a solo traveller. The bed is comfortable, the accommodation was generally clean, and you can tell that the property is still relatively new. It definitely has a lot of potential.

Unfortunately, several issues overshadowed the positive aspects of the accommodation. For the price, some basic amenities were missing: there was no coffee machine as described, no dish sponge, and no full-length mirror. I stayed in the top-floor apartment with a small rooftop terrace, which was one of the reasons I chose this accommodation. Unfortunately, the terrace repeatedly had puddles of dirty water coming from what appeared to be a drainpipe, including things like clumps of hair. This made it unpleasant and difficult to use. The biggest issue, however, was the extremely loud construction work. On three out of my five days, an elevator was being installed inside the building. The drilling and heavy hammering around midday was absolutely deafening inside my apartment, making it impossible to stay there. I was not informed about the construction before my arrival, and I have still received no response after raising the issue. For construction work of this scale and noise level, guests should be informed in advance or this should be clearly stated in the listing.
