It was better than I expected.

The house was clean and the instructions for the lockbox were clear.
The property we booked originally was not ready. We were informed a couple of hours before we were due to arrive and were already en route. We were offered a choice of two other properties, neither of which were in the area we had originally booked, so rather than walk for an hour to restaurants we had booked in advance we had to pay for taxis. The bathroom light did not work, the kitchen was sparsely equipped and the TV did not have terrestrial channels or access to Apps for BBC, ITV or C4.
