We had a very pleasant stay at Fairhaven Treetops Lookout. The house was clean, the amenities were excellent, and the location was good. It is a little way from the beach, but we enjoyed the quiet and peaceful location.

There were a few areas that could be improved. There were some half-used food items left in the pantry, such as jam and peanut butter, which could be better managed between guests. One of the bedrooms had a single bed; a double bed would be more suitable for guests. The front door was also quite difficult to open and may need some attention. There were two toasters but both were very dirty, so we couldn't use any of them during our stay. The other dishes and kitchen items were clean.
