We were very pleasantly surprised with the hotel. It was all newly refurbished and spotless, the carpark is on the side and if you enter your registration number you get free parking. I had to call the manager about access but that was my own fault and was sorted very quickly and easily. We stayed there to go to the 2 tone museum and it was a 2 minute walk so location wise it was perfect for us.
Nothing for us to dislike
