Well thought out and easy to use shower, hot water was instant.
Bed was excellent, bed linen and towels v.good quality.
Breakfast was very comprehensive and kept me going through to evening meal.
Kettle was awkward to fill from sink.

Pleasant stay apart from the fact I had to pay for the car park.
A couple of complimentary bottles of water could have been left for the guests.
Nice and clean all around.

Location. Friendly staff.
They obviously have a problem with their sewage system as the room smelt awful. Also, the lighting in the room was very dim & depressing. There was no socket next to the kettle either so had to either carry a hot kettle across the room or move the whole tray. just a strange set up. There was also no toilet brush in the bathroom.
On arrival I was charged for parking which had not been made obvious when I booked. When I scanned the QR code in the room, the parking charge info was incorrect as I had been charged more than stated price.
