Large room, large bed, bathtub, good-sized bath & shower area for Japan. Wifi was fast, cooking utensils and dishes were included, salt and oil were included.
Location is a bit far from the city center but close to friends, so it worked out very well for me.
All entry details were provided with a good amount of information, so it was easy to find and enter.
No elevator, but that's why the place was cheaper and larger than comparative locations, so I didn't care.

Tout était bien expliqué et clair pour utiliser les différents équipements.
Nous étions au 5eme sans ascenseur. Et avec les valises c’est vrai que c’était compliqué. Mais pas insurmontable.

The place was clean, modern, and well-organized. Everything you needed was there. From the kitchen, bathroom, and laundry. Plus umbrellas! It was just 6 minutes walk from the nearest station and there were 3 konbinis nearby; Lawson, 7/11, and Family Mart.
