The property was very neat, clean, affordable and close to so many food and shopping options. The full kitchen is equipped with pots, pans, cooking and eating dishes and utensils. Nice court yard with BBQ grill. Front desk check in was easy and quick. We even received a text from John asking when we would arrive in the event the desk staff was fine for the evening. Checkout was a breeze as well. No hidden fees. Will definitely recommend. Photos are spot on.
The doors don’t close gently so the banging of closing doors was very annoying throughout the night. Vending machine only located on the main floor and was very small. We were unable to make any beverage or snack selection because they were sold out. Although the Peninsula Town Center is close walking at night may not be safe. Bring you snack or get them early.

The cleanliness and location
The staff wasn’t available when I showed up. The walls are thin. There was a crying baby next door that cried constantly.

The onsite manager, Shauna, was exceptional. Her expertise, work ethic, and commitment to providing excellent service were evident throughout my experience. Despite working long hours, she maintained a positive attitude and a genuine smile at all times. Because of her outstanding service, she has earned my loyalty, and I will gladly seek her out whenever I am in the Norfolk area. Your organization is fortunate to have someone of her caliber.
I enjoyed everything about the property and location.
