The greeter.

The price is relatively too high for not having breakfast and not a trash can in sight.

The staff was excellent, very attentive and willing to help during my short stay. Good value for the price. They were going through some remodeling and scheduled room inspections, yet it did not affect my stay. Would return.

I liked the assistant general manager I believe her name is tyreka she was always pleasant and willing to be flexible if necessary. She focused on delivering customer service and she did just that when she was there so because of her I would come back the general manager I believe her name is Bianca is the exact opposite she appears to be standoffish demonstrates biased to customers and instead of probing and getting to the root cause of an issue she immediately passes judgment and makes emotional decisions as a leader I was not interested with her ability to deliver Superior customer service make tough decisions and course correct as necessary when obstacles arise the total opposite of her assistant manager.

I didn't like that the GM lacks soft skills when handling a possibly irate or dissatisfied customer. That she subjectively makes decisions and is inconsistent when enforcing policy rules and regulations.
