The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable.
The ice machine on my floor wasn't working so I had to go to another floor.

The view was wonderful. The room was big, the bed was great and the bathroom was clean. One young staff member who worked the morning shift was very kind amd made me feel at home
I got to hotel early (1am) and had to sleep on the couch four hours because they said there were no rooms available for early check in. That was not the issue. I clearly had a reservation so they could have offered me a blanket and/or pillows when they saw me freezing instead they just watched me suffer. I did end up getting sick a few days later.

It’s on the water. But we didn’t have a water view.
We were at the front of the building. We had a lot of street noise and people slamming doors all night. I will always request a room on the back from now on.

It’s clean and perfectly fine if you’re travelling for work and just need to crash but doesn’t have the touches needed for a leisure trip.
Far too few staff. Ordering any meal took forever. The staff who were there were lovely and tried their very best. A management decision not to staff appropriately- meaning you’d wait for 20-30 minutes for breakfast to be served. Same at the bar ordering dinner
