Location is fantastic.
Property is spacious.
Very comfortable and very well equipped.
Irene is a brilliant host and really welcoming.
Brought round extra towels 😁
Irene also Let me know I left my son’s iPad after I checked out and arranged for its safe return for me. Life saver!
Very little to be honest.
The single room blind doesn’t work and fell off when I tried to pull it down.
I reattached it again though.
Let in light in the morning so I would suggest replacing this.

Really well thought through in terms of equipment and comfort. Excellent attention to detail across every room in the apartment.
Location couldn’t be more central able to park for free on nearby streets.
Host very welcoming and quick to respond to questions.
And the price was excellent value. Would book again in a heartbeat.
Great stay in a lovely thriving town surrounded by spectacular countryside

I booked this accommodation for my niece and her family and visited them during their stay. We were all enchanted by the place, for the high standard of decoration, furnishings and equipment provided. It was great fun to sit in the turret and look out over Peebles. I used to shop in Veitch's when it was a departmental store and it is a particular pleasure for me to see this historic building so lovingly converted into bookable accommodation.
A longer stay would have been even better!
