Located in the heart of the Reggio Emilia Apennines—just 30 minutes from Parma and Reggio Emilia—this is not just a vacation home, but a cozy, charming nest where every detail is lovingly cared for.
​Imagine waking up, opening the windows, and being greeted by birds singing, crisp fresh air, and a stunning view of our rolling hills. This is the green paradise where our apartment awaits you.
​The Space:
​Situated on the first floor of a detached house, the accommodation combines the privacy of an independent property with the warmth of a space designed to make you feel instantly at home. It is the perfect refuge to escape the hustle and bustle of the city, while remaining just a stone's throw away from everything our region has to offer—including historic villages, hiking trails, castles, traditional balsamic vinegar cellars, Parmesan cheese dairies, and, of course, outstanding local food!

Oasis of Quiet & Ray of Sunshine: Our two spacious, intimate, and cozy bedrooms, designed for your ultimate relaxation.
​The Living Room: A bright and airy space featuring two comfortable sofas and a Smart TV, perfect for unwinding in the evening.
​The Bathroom: Functional and charming with soft pink details, featuring a refreshing shower and a complimentary courtesy kit for our beloved guests.
​Note on cooling: Air conditioning is located in the central hallway, and additional fans are available in the bedrooms for your comfort.
​The Kitchen: Fully equipped for aspiring chefs! Features an induction hob, microwave, oven, kettle, coffee machine, and everything you need to prepare breakfasts, lunches, and dinners if you feel like staying in.
​The Highlights: The Terrace & Private Garden 🌿
​But wait, the best part is yet to come! The real crown jewel of the house is "The Terrace of Dreams".
​With its 60 square meters, this massive outdoor paradise overlooks a beautifully manicured garden. It is fully equipped to offer you unforgettable moments:
​A large dining table and chairs for al fresco meals or a local aperitivo.
​A cozy relaxation corner: with a small sofa, ideal for reading or listening to the sounds of nature.
​A Lounge Area: with two armchairs and a coffee table.
​A Solarium Area: with two sunbeds waiting for you to catch some rays in total privacy.
​In addition to the terrace, you will have access to a 400-square-meter private, fully fenced garden. It is an immense green lawn where you can bask in the sun during the day, and look up to count the stars or watch fireflies at night.

​Parties and events are not allowed.
​Self check-in is available upon request if you plan to arrive outside the standard check-in hours—just coordinate with us in advance!
