What I love most about this home is that it's not just a place to stay—it's a space designed to help people reconnect, recharge, and create meaningful experiences together. Every detail has been intentionally curated, from the art-inspired atmosphere and luxurious bedding to the beautiful decor and thoughtfully designed gathering areas that encourage conversation, creativity, and connection.

Whether guests are hosting a women's retreat, leadership workshop, family vacation, friends' getaway, or team retreat, the home effortlessly blends comfort, productivity, and relaxation. Best of all, it's just a four-minute walk to the beautiful sandy beach of Sylvan Lake, allowing guests to enjoy both the peaceful indoor spaces and the vibrant lakeside lifestyle throughout every season.

The outdoor spaces are appealing too! Early morning riser? Enjoy your coffee on the back deck, where the sun rises and warms you in the morning. Enjoy outdoor dining? Plan your dinner party on the deck, which is equipped with a BBQ and eating space for six. Enjoy the evening ambience gathered by the fire pit or on the deck, lit with mood lighting, or go dark and watch the stars in the sky!

Need some space or a special space? Wander over to the lake, a 4-minute walk, to enjoy the sunset on the lake! Spectacular sunsets at Sylvan! Looking for some nightlife or some great food? Take a 7-minute walk down the beach tree-lit promenade and join the lively cafes, restaurants, coffee shops and bars in the beach town!

Our house guests love Sylvan Lake because it offers the perfect mix of relaxation, recreation, and small-town charm—all year long. Just a short walk from the LUX, you'll discover one of Alberta's most beautiful sandy beaches with clear water, a lively waterfront filled with restaurants, cafés, boutiques, and ice cream shops, and countless opportunities for adventure.

In summer, guests can enjoy swimming, paddleboarding, boating, festivals, and lakeside dining, while winter brings skating, ice fishing, cross-country skiing, and cozy seasonal events. The nearby NexSource Centre offers year-round recreation with pools, fitness facilities, arenas, and trails.

Whether visitors are seeking outdoor adventure, memorable family experiences, team bonding time, creative inspiration, or simply time to slow down and reconnect, Sylvan Lake truly is a four-season destination that keeps guests coming back yearly and at all times of the year!
