Newlyn and Mousehole are just a short drive away for freshly caught fish and experiencing a truly Cornish community. Head slightly further for Penzance, where you can find a multitude of shops and pubs to choose from. Land’s End isn’t far if you want to pay a visit to England’s most westerly point! Also close by is National Trusts St Michael’s Mount Island Castle.

As you enter into this stunning semi-detached property you will be welcomed into the large open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. The lounge area has comfy seating for everyone to sit and relax whilst watching a film on the TV/DVD or turn on the coal-effect electric fire and listen to some music on the Bluetooth speaker. The kitchen is well equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave fridge, freezer and dishwasher, along with a large oak dining table for everyone to enjoy a family meal. Heading down the hall with three steps scattered down you will find a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer and a cloakroom with WC, further along are the three bedrooms, a king-size a twin and lastly a king-size with single bed with en-suite bathroom with bath, separate shower and WC along with a TV/DVD. Completing the accommodation is a bathroom with bath, separate shower and WC.

Heading outside you’ll find a south-facing terrace area with garden furniture and a shared communal courtyard. There is parking for three cars.
