The decor is rustic and original, featuring hardwood floors and colors chosen to create a lively and warm atmosphere.
The apartment includes a living area, an open kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom.
It’s very bright thanks to the colors we’ve selected.
You’ll find a living room, kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom.
- 🛋️The living area features a sofa that converts into a sofa bed and a TV you can use to relax while watching a movie.
- 🍳The open kitchen is functional and equipped with everything you need to prepare your favorite meals:
gas stove, pots, pans, utensils, sink, coffee maker, dining table, refrigerator, and freezer.
- 🛏️The bedroom is spacious, with a large double bed, sheets, pillows, and a comforter. You’ll also find a closet for conveniently storing your personal belongings.
- 🚿The bathroom, with tiled floors, is equipped with a shower stall, toilet, bidet, sink, mirror, and hair dryer.
In addition, a complimentary toiletries kit is available for your use.

In-person identification is required at our office, as mandated by Milan law. As soon as you complete the in-person check-in, we will provide you with the digital keys.

There is an extra charge of 50€ for check-ins after 9:00 PM. We accept check-ins until 11:45 PM, but no later.
There is an extra charge of €15 per hour for late check-out after 10:00 AM.
IF YOU DO NOT FOLLOW THE HOUSE RULES, YOU WILL BE CHARGED A FINE.

We also offer a crib service for families.
However, we need to know in advance so we can prepare everything necessary for your baby.
The rental fee is only €20.
There is a €15 charge for separate beds.
