The Space:

The villa sleeps up to ten guests across four bedrooms and three bathrooms. Three bedrooms are dressed with a queen bed each, while the fourth pairs a queen four-poster with a bunk bed — the room kids tend to claim first. Two of the bedrooms are ensuite.



Downstairs, a double-height living room opens to a dining table for eight and a sunlit breakfast nook overlooking the pool. The kitchen is set up for real cooking: refrigerator, freezer, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, ice maker, rice maker, blender, coffee maker and toaster.



Outside is where the days slow down. The private pool is framed by palms, loungers and a hammock, with a covered terrace and outdoor dining under ceiling fans and a BBQ grill for sunset cookouts. Upstairs, a pergola-shaded deck with bar seating looks out toward the golf course. Air conditioning, ceiling fans and an in-unit washer and dryer keep longer stays easy.



Guest Access:

You'll have full access to the entire villa, as well as the property's shared amenities and common areas.

Check-in is contactless via a smart lock code, and the gated community is accessed with its own code. Free parking is available on the premises and on the street, including a space for guests with disabilities.



The Neighborhood:

The villa sits inside Hyatt Regency Grand Reserve, a gated resort community on Puerto Rico's northeast coast, with golf courses on one side and the Atlantic on the other. It's a rare address where ocean, fairways and rainforest are all within easy reach.

- Luquillo Beach: approx. 15 min by car

- Fajardo and ferries to Culebra/Vieques: approx. 30 min by car

Getting Around:

Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport (SJU) is approximately 35 minutes away by car. A rental car is the easiest way to explore the northeast coast, El Yunque and Fajardo. Uber operates from the airport and around San Juan, though availability is limited in Río Grande, and pre-booked taxis or private transfers are a reliable alternative. The beach is steps away on foot.

- Check-in begins at 4:00 PM local time.

- Checkout is at 11:00 AM local time.

- To ensure a smooth arrival for incoming guests, please honor the checkout time.

- Unauthorized late checkouts will incur an additional fee.

- The reservation must be booked by a legal adult; children are welcome to stay as part of the group.

- The villa is located within the resort community; hotel amenities and golf are not included.

Keep in Mind (House Rules)

- Parties, smoking, or loud gatherings aren't permitted.

- Quiet hours: 10 PM–7 AM.

- The villa is located within the resort community; hotel amenities and golf are not included unless added through the Marketplace.



Online Check-In and Verification

- Once you complete your online check-in, you'll receive the instructions to access the property.

- A simple rental agreement ensures clarity and ease; by completing your reservation you agree to our rental terms and conditions.

- To meet legal and building security requirements, you may be asked to provide a government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact info, complete our verification portal and, in some cases, a background check. This information is collected only for screening/verification purposes and is not stored or used otherwise.



Utilities & Weather in Puerto Rico

- Electricity Management: Due to the energy situation in Puerto Rico following Hurricane Maria, power outages can occur from time to time. We have a backup generator so you're never left in the dark, though its runtime depends on responsible use. During an outage, we recommend limiting higher-draw items — A/C, microwave, hair dryer, washer/dryer, and chargers — so the generator lasts as long as possible for everyone.

- Water Supply: This property does not have a backup water tank. In the event of a water service interruption, we recommend using water sparingly until service is restored.

- Extended Outages: If an outage lasts more than 3 hours and you choose to stay, you may request a refund for the affected nights. If you'd prefer to cancel the remainder of your stay, you may request a refund for the unused nights.

- Hurricane & Storm Policy: We want your stay to be safe, but weather is out of our control. No refunds are issued for weather-related cancellations; however, in the event of a storm, we're happy to help you reschedule, subject to calendar availability.
