This stay centers around a spacious, 125 m² luxury villa designed to offer an indulgent wellness escape for up to five guests. Perfectly positioned within the peaceful setting of Villapark Waddenstaete on the scenic Wadden Island of Texel, this detached property balances generous indoor spaces with panoramic countryside views. It serves as an exceptional private sanctuary for families or friends looking to slow down, breathe in the fresh coastal air, and completely unwind.

Inside, the villa spans two floors of upscale comfort, combining underfloor heating and central heating with dedicated relaxation zones. The ground floor opens into an extra-large, light-filled living room featuring tiled floors, a digital flat-screen TV with a DVD player, and an atmospheric wood-burning stove, leading directly into a fully equipped kitchen with a combination oven, dishwasher, and both Nespresso and Senseo coffee makers. Upstairs, the premium retreat continues with three bedrooms overlooking the Texel landscape—two fitted with twin box-spring beds and one with a single box-spring bed—alongside a luxury main bathroom complete with a private Finnish sauna, a relaxing whirlpool tub, a separate shower, and double sinks.

The indoor living spaces transition smoothly to the outdoors, where two private terraces invite you to relax, including one south-facing deck equipped with comfortable garden furniture and a parasol, and another offering beautiful views over local meadows and riding stables. Families traveling with children are perfectly accommodated with an included high chair, stair gate, and travel cot. Practical additions such as a dedicated parking space right at the villa, an internal storage room with a washer, dryer, and safe, and free high-speed fiber Wi-Fi ensure a completely carefree and comfortable island getaway.
