Landhaus Finkenhof

Let yourself be captivated by the authentic charm of this splendid country house, immersed in tranquillity and just a few minutes' walk from the slopes of the Bad Kleinkirchheim – St. Oswald ski area, the Kaiserburgbahn and the prestigious 18-hole golf course. Here every day begins with the scent of nature and ends with the pleasure of relaxing in its private sauna.

The spacious garden with two panoramic terraces offers a spectacular view of the Carinthian mountains: the ideal place for breakfast in the sun or an aperitif at sunset. Free WiFi and private parking with a charging station complete the comfort.

Located in an elegant elevated neighbourhood and south-facing, the house offers a typically Austrian welcome in alpine style: warm wood, a fireplace, a stube that invites moments of relaxation and windows that frame a postcard-perfect valley.

Science, nature and wellbeing

Bad Kleinkirchheim awaits you with over 103 km of perfectly prepared slopes, children's areas, slow slopes and a snowpark. In the vicinity you will also find the ski areas Heidi Alm Skipark-Falkert, Turracher Höhe and Goldeck, where Austria's longest black run is located.

You can explore the magnificent Nockberge UNESCO Biosphere Park with trekking, cycling, mountain biking… or treat yourself to a regenerating break in the two local thermal baths, Römerbad and Therme St. Kathrein. The bathing lakes of Carinthia – Millstätter See, Ossiacher See, Afritzer See and Feld See – are reachable in 10–30 minutes and offer perfect refreshment on the hottest days.

In just 5 minutes you arrive at the centre of Bad Kleinkirchheim, with shops, restaurants, supermarkets and everything you need for a worry-free holiday.
