Welcome to Drift Stone Rye a place where time slows, sea air lingers, and every detail invites you to unwind. Framed by limestone, timber, and native gardens, this beautifully considered coastal home captures the essence of relaxed Peninsula living, just moments from the wild ocean beaches of Rye.
Step inside and instantly exhale. Light-filled spaces, warm textures, and soft coastal tones create a sense of calm, while expansive windows draw the outdoors in. In winter, the glow of the fire sets the scene for cosy nights in, and in summer, doors slide open to welcome long, lazy days and the sound of the ocean breeze drifting through.
At its heart, the home is made for gathering. The open-plan living and dining space flows effortlessly to a generous outdoor deck, where afternoons stretch into evenings around the fire pit, surrounded by native gardens and star-filled skies. Its the kind of place where memories are made shared meals, slow mornings, and conversations that last well into the night.
The kitchen is as beautiful as it is practical, with stone finishes, quality appliances, and everything you need to cook, entertain, or simply enjoy a morning coffee before heading out to explore.
With four thoughtfully styled bedrooms, Drift Stone Rye comfortably accommodates families, couples, or friends. The private main suite offers a quiet place to retreat, while the additional bedrooms provide space for everyone to relax. A deep freestanding bath invites you to soak and unwind after a day spent at the beach.
Fully fenced and welcoming of your four-legged family members, this is a home where everyone is invited to feel at ease paws included.
Perfectly positioned between ocean and bush, youre just moments from scenic coastal walks, rugged surf beaches, and the very best of the Mornington Peninsulas wineries, cafes, and village charm.
Whether youre chasing summer sun, winter fires, or simply a change of pace, Drift Stone Rye is your place to arrive, settle in, and stay a while.

PAWfectWhat fun! A new house to visit that lets four-legged friends like me sleep inside.
Yay! A garden with tall fences to keep me safe. I love walking to Koonya Dog Beach where I can go swimming in the ocean with all the other doggies.
And theres a special basket just for me. No way! Whats in there? Ooh, ooh! A treat from PAWDINKUM. I LOVE THIS PLACE.
