Take in a morning cup of coffee while rocking on the porch that overlooks the river. Listen to the birds sing and relax in the cool mountain air. A stone fire pit is located behind the cottage. Kick back in front of the fireplace. The home is located between Sylva and Cashiers, 15 minutes to Dillsboro and the Smoky Mountain Railroad. Enjoy trout fishing, swimming or tubing from your backyard on the Tuckasegee River. The home is lovely. Very clean. Super comfortable beds. The hot tub was full and the perfect temp. Will absolutely book again as it is 5 minutes from WCU campus but very quiet and peaceful.

Hot tub was not functioning which was communicated one day prior to arrival. The first bedroom was not clean that we had to buy pillow cases, to be able to sleep. Probably due to the cold, the AC was not working sufficiently which ended in 46 Fahrenheit at the last night.
