-This accommodations are offered for rent under two possible forms depending on your situation: the mobility lease or the common law lease (Civil Code). The type of lease applicable is determined before your arrival, depending on your profile and the desired duration.

1. The mobility lease
The mobility lease is intended for people who can prove, on the date of entry into force of the lease, one of the following situations: professional training, higher education, apprenticeship contract, internship, voluntary commitment as part of a civic service, professional transfer, temporary assignment as part of the professional activity.
Main characteristics:
Duration between 1 and 10 months, non-renewable (the lease can be modified only once per amendment, without exceeding 10 months in total).
Proof of your situation will be requested before signing.
A mobility lease is signed between the host and the tenant before each arrival.

2. The common law lease (Civil Code)
If you do not fall under any of the above situations, the rental is made under a common law lease (furnished, Civil Code), adapted in particular to stays in a non-main residence. The conditions (duration, possible security deposit, notice) will be specified to you when the contract is drawn up. A lease is also signed before each arrival.

In both cases: The tenant must take out home insurance covering the entire duration of their stay and provide proof of this. We can assist you in this process if necessary.


-Lost or forgotten keys
Any loss or forgot of a key between 10 a.m. and 8 p.m. will incur a fee of 50 euros.
After 8 p.m., the intervention is not guaranteed and will be charged with a surcharge.
If the intervention of a locksmith is necessary and the traveler is liable, the costs will be entirely at his expense.

Forgotten items
We decline all Responsibility in case of objects forgotten in the apartment.
If an object is found and sent by mail is requested, a fee of 50 euros will be applied, in addition to the postal costs.
