The beds, bedding and towels were all excellent quality and comfortable.
Stylish interior with some interesting artwork.
Location was approximately 1 mile from the city centre, walkable in 20 minutes.
The key safe was difficult to access, as it was positioned low down with very little room to manoeuvre or see the numbers.
Bathrooms. There were only two bathrooms, neither was en-suite, one separate toilet (not the three stated) also they didn’t have locks on any of the doors.
Kitchen was lacking a coffee maker or cafetière. Cutlery was missing teaspoons, although there were an excessive number of other items (50 knives, over 30 each of dessert spoons and forks!)
One of the handles on a bedroom door came off.
