- Location cannot be better if you want to stay in the historic centre of Lucca; the hotel is right by the gate to the old town and connected well to the buses and taxi station, and everything in the old town is walkable
- Extremely kind and flexible staff (especially because we were very last minute planners)
- Modern room and shared spaces, very clean and nice
- Room and bathroom was very spacious
- AC available in the room
- Breakfast was included and a very nice buffet selection on the beautiful terrace
- There is a lift but does not cover all the floors so if you have lots of luggage or have a disability I would not recommend
