Leo’s Sicilian House, completely renovated in 2026, is new in every detail and fully air‑conditioned. This exclusive villa with a private pool and sea view blends elegance, comfort and nature, offering a truly unique stay. Located in a strategic position, it allows you to reach both the beach and the town of Avola in just 5 minutes, as well as the most iconic destinations in the area: the Cavagrande lakes, Siracusa, the Vendicari Nature Reserve, Noto, Marzamemi, Modica and Scicli. Both Comiso and Catania airports are about 70 km away.
The outdoor spaces are designed for unforgettable moments: a panoramic pool, an outdoor living area, a barbecue and a wood‑fired oven for fantastic dinners under the stars. By the pool, wooden sun loungers with soft cushions ensure relaxing comfort in an authentic and charming atmosphere. The property covers about 3,000 m², surrounded by olive trees, citrus trees and other fruit trees that harmoniously embrace the villa.
Inside, you’ll find carefully curated rooms equipped with quality appliances: oven, cooktop, microwave, hand blender, espresso machine, drip coffee maker, kettle, toaster, washing machine, dishwasher, iron and electric broom. Private parking and Wi‑Fi complete the amenities.
Although slightly elevated to offer a sea view, the villa allows easy movement by bicycle thanks to the well‑structured urban layout. Leo’s Sicilian House is the ideal choice for those seeking an exclusive holiday, away from the chaos, immersed in nature yet close to everything, in a refined setting where every detail is designed for our guests’ well‑being. Avola boasts some of the most spectacular beaches in the province, famous for their crystal‑clear waters and the beauty of the Mediterranean landscape.
