Scandinavian design meets spacious family living in this detached, coast-side sanctuary nestled within Großenbrode’s Holiday Vital Resort. Sunlit interiors gather around an open lounge where a crackling wood-burning fireplace, comfortable seating, and a large dining table create an inviting center for group meals and cozy evenings. Tailored for up to eight guests and two dogs, the generous layout features three separate bedrooms—two with double beds and one with twin singles—plus a charming built-in double alcove bed that younger guests love. Families traveling with toddlers will find a crib and high chair ready for use.

The home excels in relaxation with two bathrooms equipped with cozy underfloor heating, featuring a private whirlpool tub and direct access to an in-house sauna from the primary bath. The fully equipped open kitchen includes a ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and fridge-freezer, alongside a convenient washer-dryer combination for effortless extended stays.

Step outside onto the partially covered private terrace, furnished with a dining table, sun loungers, and a BBQ grill for slow-paced outdoor dining. Resort perks enhance the experience with free on-site parking, sports fields, adventure playgrounds, a daily bakery, and a supermarket just steps away, all located within a short walk from the Baltic beach.
